Selskabet introducerede sin f\u00f8rste d\u00e6kserie med fokus p\u00e5 energieffektivitet \u2014 ContiEcoContact \u2014 i 1993. Den nuv\u00e6rende syvende generation, <a href=\"https:\/\/reifenlab.eu\/continental-ecocontact-7\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EcoContact 7<\/a>, er deres flagskibsprodukt til elbiler. D\u00e6kket har et sidev\u00e6gsm\u00f8nster, som Continental kalder &#8220;aerodimple&#8221; \u2014 sm\u00e5 fordybninger inspireret af golfboldflader, der reducerer luftturbulens og s\u00e6nker rulleenergien. Europa registrerede cirka 2,5 millioner nye elbiler i 2025, op omkring 26% \u00e5r\u2011til\u2011\u00e5r. Siden 2023 har Continental tilf\u00f8jet et EV\u2011kompatibelt logo til alle d\u00e6k, der er specielt udviklet til elbiler.
